Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

▪ Processing the order within India takes 3 - 5 working
days, and then shipping takes 7-8 working days.

▪ We do not offer refunds, and we accept returns against exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.

▪ The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 5 days after the delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or marks. 

▪ The Earth-O-Fab Team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

▪ Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.

▪ No returns or exchanges for discounted/sale products.

▪ Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

▪ In case of exchange, customers are required to pay a Rs. 150 exchange fee for us to book the reverse pickup and send the exchanged piece.

▪ A parcel sent to us without prior information will not be accepted.

Note: Kindly capture an unboxing video for a hassle-free return or exchange process. The company holds the right to demand the unboxing video in any critical case.
